Utility Rates (“this site”) provides estimated monthly utility costs (electric, water, sewer, trash) by city and county. All content is for general information only. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice.

Actual bills depend on your usage, address, provider, fees, taxes, and local rules. Always confirm rates and service with the utility or local government.

If we publish visitor-submitted bills, those figures are self-reported. They are not a tariff, and they are shown separately from the estimates we calculate from published rate schedules.

The bill form is optional. By submitting, you confirm the report is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are allowed to share it. You also allow us to store it, review it, and — if we approve it — publish the fields described in our privacy policy: city, utility, provider, month, amount, usage, and any optional home details you chose to include.

We do not promise that a submission will be published. We may reject spam, duplicates, or reports we cannot use. Do not include a name, street address, account number, or anyone else’s personal information in the form. ZIP codes and free-text comments are kept for review and are not published.

An email address is collected only if you check the separate opt-in box. That box is permission to email you when published bill data is available for your area. It is not permission to send a newsletter or to share the address.

To ask us to remove a submission or an email address, use the contact page. Include the city, utility, month, and amount so we can find the report. We do not collect names.

We strive to use accurate, current sources, but we do not guarantee that estimates, visitor reports, or other content are complete, correct, or up to date. You use this site at your own risk. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on the information here.

You may view and use the site for personal, non‑commercial reference. Do not scrape, automate bulk access, submit false bills, or use the site in a way that harms the service or others. We may update or discontinue the site at any time.

We link to official utility and government sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
